Shipping policy


  1. Shipping destinations
    We ship to selected countries within the EU. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

  2. Processing time
    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

  3. Delivery time
    Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and depends on the destination and selected carrier. Typical delivery within the EU is 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  4. Shipping methods and carriers
    Shipping options and carriers are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change the carrier if necessary (e.g., capacity issues), while keeping the delivery time as similar as possible.

  5. Shipping fees
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size/weight, and selected shipping method.
    Any applicable payment fees (e.g., cash on delivery) are also shown at checkout.

  6. Order tracking
    If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive a tracking link/number once your order is dispatched.

  7. Address accuracy and changes
    Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. If you need to change the address, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is dispatched, we may not be able to change delivery details.

  8. Failed delivery / unclaimed parcels
    If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or not being collected on time, we may charge a re-shipping fee before sending it again.

  9. Damaged parcel or missing items
    If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend documenting it (photos/video) and reporting it immediately to the carrier and to us.
    If any items are missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, so we can resolve it quickly.

  10. Customs and taxes
    For EU shipments, no customs duties are typically charged. If any additional fees are required due to specific local rules, the customer is responsible for them.
